Ok but me and Dale being Elmo and Rocco is probably the best thing about TARQ for several reasons.
1. Name two people who could be Elmo and Rocco better & funnier than we could. YOU CANT.
2. This is the single handed best character choice of a duo, maybe ever.
3. Elmo's up, Elmo's down, Elmo's running around! Hahaha! Remember when I sang that song with Miss Katy Perry!? Hahaha!
